2026-08-24 — First public release
Concentration Chart is available to anyone. This is the first public version; it has been built and tested against synthetic data engineered to mirror a real quality team's inputs, and is now open for use on real boards.
In this release
- Failure counts mapped onto the board image, with per-cause drill-down, failure-type filters, heat overlay, and separate engineering and executive views.
- Placement data read from Altium, KiCad, Eagle and generic exports, including units declared in values or column headings, offset and negative origins, and headerless reports.
- Failure data read from test-system CSVs, pipe-delimited repair logs, quality-system JSON, generic CSVs and Excel workbooks — with delimiters, encodings, dates and column names detected per file.
- Reports scoped by assembly and by period, with each component compared against the preceding window of equal length.
- Export to a self-contained interactive HTML file that opens with no network, or to PNG.
- Board packages saved locally so repeat analysis only needs new failure data.
- Everything runs in the browser under a policy that forbids network access, verified on every deployment in Chromium, Firefox and WebKit. Security model.
