If it runs in my browser, what am I paying for?
Adapters for the formats your systems actually emit, a board library your team shares, and support from people who will answer. The free tier is genuinely complete for one person working on their own machine — we would rather you start there than pay for something you do not need yet.
Do you ever see our board data?
No, and the architecture is what makes that true rather than a promise. See the security model — including how to verify it yourself in about a minute.
Can you read our export format?
Very likely already. If not, send a sample with anything sensitive removed and we will add it — on a paid plan that is part of what you are buying, and it becomes a permanent, tested part of the product.
Can we pay by invoice / purchase order?
Yes, annually on Team and Enterprise. Ask us and we will send the paperwork your purchasing department needs.
