Send us an export format
The single most useful thing you can send us is a real export from your test, AOI, repair or quality system — with board identifiers, part numbers and anything else sensitive stripped out. If we cannot already read it, we will add it, and it becomes a permanently tested part of the product rather than a one-off fix.
Before sending anything covered by an agreement, check that you are permitted to. We do not need real data to help: a header row and a couple of anonymised lines is usually enough.
