Sub-processors

These are the third parties we rely on to run Concentration Chart. The list is short because the application processes your files in your browser: there is no server-side pipeline that any provider could see board data through.

| Vercel | Website and application hosting, CDN | Standard request logs for this site — IP address, requested URL, user agent. Not the contents of any file you load: those are never sent. |
| Stripe (when paid plans launch) | Subscription billing | Billing contact and payment details you enter at checkout. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never hold them. |
Correspondence you send us is handled by our email provider. We will name it on request — write to privacy@engsecsolutions.com.
Changes
We will update this page before adding a sub-processor that can access customer personal data. If you have a data processing agreement with us and would like advance notice of changes, tell us and we will add you to the notification list.
